At GetClaw, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service Charges

GetClaw charges are pass-through costs from third-party providers:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Server hosting and resource costs
  • AI Processing: Agent processing and AI logic usage costs
  • GetClaw Service Fee: Platform access and management

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service Failure: If our platform fails to deploy or manage your server as advertised
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-Party Costs: Technical infrastructure and AI processing costs already incurred
  • Partial Months: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, charges for the completed portion are non-refundable
  • Change of Mind: General dissatisfaction or change of mind after using the service

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at getclaw@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your GetClaw service at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your servers will be terminated
  • Access to the platform will be revoked
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • Charges for the current billing period are not refundable
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund, your account may be suspended immediately. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.

8. ProRata Refunds

GetClaw does not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

9. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund of GetClaw service fees (excluding third-party provider costs).

10. Exceptions

GetClaw reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may warrant special consideration.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
