• Automated server provisioning and cloud setup
• AI agent deployment and configuration
• AI Gateway management
• Telegram bot integration
• Administrative dashboard and monitoring

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google Sign-In
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

4.1 Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Server and infrastructure costs
• AI processing usage costs
• Any additional services you subscribe to

4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Automatic Billing: Services may be billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by GetClaw and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetClaw from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

The Service integrates with various third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
